Technical support to the Côte d'Ivoire Red Cross -CRCI- for the development of the 2019-2020 Integrated Communication Plan of the Côte d'Ivoire Red Cross

The partnerships and activities of the CRCI are not sufficiently known to the populations, for lack of an effective integrated communication plan, allowing communication actions to be carried out for good visibility of the CRCI and facilitation of its actions, in particular those of resource mobilization. Hence the need to develop an integrated communication plan 2019-2020 which aims to harmonize the actions of all services and programs while giving good visibility to the CRCI, while respecting the strategic development plan of the CRCI.

CPCS-CI provided technical expertise to the CRCI for the development of this integrated communication plan:

• conducting a situation analysis of CRCI communication interventions
• by facilitating a workshop for the development of the CRCI's 2019-2020 integrated communication plan, with the intervention of a digital communication specialist
• by writing an end-of-mission report with recommendations
