The NGO CPCS-CI has the following bodies:
- the general Assembly;
- board of directors;
- the Executive Direction;
- the Statutory Auditors;
- the Advisory Council.
The General Assembly is the supreme decision-making body of the Organization, it defines the general policy of the Organization. It appoints the members of the Board of Directors and the Statutory Auditors.

The Executive Management is the body responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Organization, the execution, the implementation of programs and strategies approved by the Board of Directors.
The two Statutory Auditors examine the annual accounts and draw up a special report for the General Assembly.
The Advisory Board is responsible for an advisory mission to the Board of Directors, based on the experience of its members and their knowledge essential to the cohesion of CPCS-CI. The Advisory Council is a body for mediation and conflict resolution.
