The first strategic objective of the PEACE project aims to strengthen the capacities of the producers of the cooperative in order to achieve strong penetration of the local consumer market by helping them to package their butter and transform part of it into finished or semi-finished products.
The artisanal production of shea butter is a polluting activity. The second strategic axis is to strengthen the capacities of women producers in the management and protection of the environment. And the third strategic axis is articulated around the reinforcement of the capacities of the cooperative of the producers to the good governance and the simplified accounting management.
